We established a website for participants and proceeded to ensure all parties received proper notice of their ability to participate. BrownGreer then worked diligently to establish a simple-to-follow population verification and claims submission process. In accordance with the settlement terms, we sent out notices of award amounts and managed an appeals process.
BrownGreer continues to take on additional settlements related to opioids and Tribal Nations, with more than $1 billion slated for distribution among hundreds of tribes. As that disbursement process continues, BrownGreer operates a call center for questions and reports on payment activities to all involved parties on a regular basis.
