Mobile Terms of Service

BrownGreer offers a mobile messaging program (“SMS Program”). By opting in to receive SMS messages from BrownGreer, you agree to the following Mobile Messaging Terms of Service, which supplement and form part of these Terms.

1. Program Description
   When you opt in to the SMS Program, BrownGreer will send you a confirmation message. The SMS Program may send you notifications related to your case, account activity, deadlines, authentication messages, reminders, or other communications relevant to the services BrownGreer provides.
2. Opt-In Consent
   By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through an online form, application process, keyword, or other consent mechanism, you authorize BrownGreer to send SMS messages to the number provided.
3. Opt-Out Instructions (Required by Carriers)
   You may cancel the SMS Program at any time. To unsubscribe, reply “STOP” to any message you receive. After we receive your STOP request, we will send one final message to confirm your unsubscribe. You will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.
4. HELP Instructions

5. Message Frequency
   Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with BrownGreer, your case activity, or system-triggered updates.
6. Message & Data Rates May Apply
   Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you or by you as part of the SMS Program. Please contact your wireless carrier for details.
7. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
   Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Eligibility & Device Requirements
   You must have a wireless device capable of receiving SMS, a participating carrier, and a valid phone number. Message delivery may vary based on your carrier and device.
9. Data Privacy
   Your mobile number and any information obtained through the SMS Program will be handled in accordance with the BrownGreer Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.
10. Changes to the SMS Program
    BrownGreer may modify or terminate the SMS Program at any time. Any changes will be reflected in these Terms, consistent with the “Changes to these Terms” section below.
