He currently serves as co-lead in personal injury settlement programs related to the alleged youth marketing of vape product JUUL, including thousands of local government entities, Tribal Nations, and individual plaintiffs.

David focuses his efforts at BrownGreer on notice and database design, including claims review systems and reporting. He served as project lead for BrownGreer’s work in the $775 million Xarelto and $2.3 billion Actos settlement programs, and directly supervised the processing of 60,000 alleged heart attack and stroke claims for the $4.8 billion Vioxx Settlement.

He has overseen the design of more than a dozen interactive web portals. Throughout his work, which also includes roles in the NFL Concussion Settlement, the $13 billion Fire Victim Trust settlement, the $1.6 billion Porter Ranch gas leak settlement, and BP Oil Spill-related settlements, David ensures consistent and impartial claims review for all claimants and coordinated reporting to all parties involved in the settlement programs.
