BrownGreer’s experience as a third-party administrator is regularly called upon to ensure such programs with efficiency and finality.

A few of these programs include:

CBP Global Settlement

We served as Administrator in a settlement program reached by the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the National Treasury Employees Union to resolve certain grievances filed by NTEU, including a 25,000-member class and $184 million in distributed funds.

United States v. National Treasury Employees Union, No. 93-1170 (D.C App.).

We served as Trustee of the Settlement Trust in a class action settlement between a federal employees’ union and the U.S. Government for back payment of wages. A total of $173 million was distributed among 212,000 Class Members.

Veterans Affairs Overtime Settlement

We serve as Notice and Settlement Administrator in a $130 million settlement with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to resolve of overtime claims on behalf of 15,000 nurse practitioners and physicians’ assistants.
