Grey is involved in the management and development of a wide variety of settlement programs, including economic loss, medical device failures and physical injury settlements. He has extensive knowledge of all aspects of settlement administration, particularly the implementation and launching of new settlement programs. Grey has managed the processing and review of all Real Property claims in the Deepwater Horizon Settlement, which included coordinating reviews of complex claims with multiple outside property attorneys and real estate experts. He also assisted in oversight of all aspects of the Syngenta Corn Seed Settlement Program encompassing the development of the secure platform to receive and process claims, issue claims notices and distribute payments to claimants and lawyers.

Currently, Grey supports the management and oversight of the firm’s MDL Centrality® program, a custom-built platform designed specifically to modernize and streamline the exchange of information in MDLs and other mass tort cases. He also oversees the implementation and oversight the National Opioid Abatement Trust II, including the receipt of agreements from states, issuing of notices and coordination of the distribution of abatement funds.

Outside the firm, Grey serves on the Board of Directors of Circle Center Adult Day Services, a local non-profit that provides daycare services to aging adults and their care partners, and is a member, and past chair, of the Adult Formation Committee at his church. Additionally, he is a coach for the Monument Avenue 10K Training Team at The Healing Place, a residential recovery program for men and women suffering from substance abuse disorder.
