A Steady Hand

Morgan joined BrownGreer in 2008 after earning her J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law. Morgan has since been involved in some of BrownGreer’s most notable programs.

In her work on the Vioxx Personal Injury Settlement Program, Morgan was involved in database design and other aspects of claims processing and reporting, including the design and implementation of the claims review deficiency process that allowed the Claims Administrator to notify thousands of claimants about missing documentation necessary for the evaluation of their claims.

“Remembering the person on the other side of the forms is crucial. That’s especially true when I can help someone struggling with the claims process by helping them do what’s needed to get their claim in the door and get the benefits they are entitled to.”

Morgan worked on the Gulf Coast Claims Facility and the Deepwater Horizon Claims Center in a variety of areas, including the management of the quality assurance process that ensured the accuracy of claims reviews, and she has led teams performing a wide range of claims administration functions in various product liability private resolution programs, including the NuvaRing Resolution Program, the ACTOS  Resolution Program, and the YAZ ATE Resolution Program.

Currently, Morgan’s work is focused on the NFL Concussion Settlement Program, where she helps establish and maintain a network of physicians approved to provide diagnoses to class members, coordinates a group of Court-appointed experts who assist with the execution of the Program, and implements review criteria for Monetary Award claims.
