Erin joined BrownGreer in January 2012 after several years in e-discovery, civil litigation, and workers’ compensation.

During her tenure with the firm, Erin has been involved in all aspects of settlement agreement interpretation and implementation, including claim submission and review procedures, design and maintenance of websites and internal/external portals, data analysis, development of notices and forms, preparation of program reports and other status materials, training, and helping with questions from claimants and lawyers.

She began her career at BrownGreer reviewing claims on the Black Farmers Discrimination Litigation Settlement program. Since then, she has managed, directed, and performed work at every level of the claims administration process on numerous programs, including the Seafood Compensation Program in the BP Oil Spill Settlement, NFL Concussion Settlement Program, and the $800 million settlement fund created for the victims of the October 1, 2017 mass shooting at the Las Vegas Harvest Music Festival. Currently, Erin is most involved with developing and implementing policies and procedures to process and pay liens across programs, including the Fire Victim Trust.

While in law school, Erin served as a teaching assistant for Legal Research and Writing courses and worked as a student attorney in her school’s Juvenile Law Clinic. In her spare time, she enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors.
