Service-Oriented Leadership

Emily joined BrownGreer in 2008 and has worked on a wide range of programs, with a strong focus on communications. She has led communication teams for numerous projects and developed quality control measures and training systems to ensure exceptional customer service. The Communications Team remains a key differentiator for the Firm.

Currently, Emily directs a team of Communications Managers, Coordinators, and Specialists, overseeing operations for the Communications Team. Her role involves designing and launching program-specific contact centers for lawyers and pro se claimants, working closely with Task Leaders to develop procedures to support both project and end user needs. She also monitors team performance and utilizes new technology to streamline communications.

In addition, Emily develops systems of tracking communications to assist with creating reports to update clients.
