David plans, assigns, and supervises review of large claims and releases as part of the work BrownGreer performs for the Fire Victim Trust.
Additionally, David directs the Special Master petition process for minor and incapacitated Fire Victim Trust claimants, and further oversees the authentication of authorized representatives for businesses, trusts, estates, deceased, incapacitated, and minor claimants.
David has previously managed large document review projects — including review teams and expansive databases — as a discovery attorney. He has also served as in-house counsel for an insurance company, advising claims review teams and directing the defense of insurance claims disputes.
