Bethany joined BrownGreer in 2010 and is a current Senior Counsel member. She develops, manages and oversees claims administration and fraud detection programs. Using her experience as an attorney and Project Management Professional, she has had critical roles in the Deepwater Horizon Economic and Property Damage Settlement Program and NFL Concussion Settlement Program.

Previously, Bethany was a student attorney in the Special Education and Family Law Clinics at the UDC School of Law as well as a volunteer judge in a program for juvenile offenders. Bethany lobbied at the Virginia General Assembly and completed internships with the Fairfax County Office of the Public Defender, Legal Aid Justice Center, and magistrate judges at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
