Bethany leads BrownGreer’s healthcare liens resolution and fraud detection teams. Since joining the Firm in 2010, she has used her experience and subject-matter knowledge in critical roles serving many settlement programs, including the Deepwater Horizon Economic and Property Damage Settlement, NFL Concussion Settlement, Fire Victim Trust, and Combat Arms Earplugs Settlement.

Previously, Bethany was a student attorney in the Special Education and Family Law Clinics at the UDC School of Law as well as a volunteer judge in a program for juvenile offenders. Bethany lobbied at the Virginia General Assembly and completed internships with the Fairfax County Office of the Public Defender, Legal Aid Justice Center, and magistrate judges at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
