Amanda joined BrownGreer in 2014 as a Claims Reviewer on the mail intake team. She later became an Analyst responsible for overseeing mail intake operations. She also assisted the payments team with check printing, account activity tracking, and fraud investigation.
Currently serving as Billing Manager, Amanda provides hands-on oversight to ensure clarity for our clients.
