Srikanth Regula currently serves as Chief Technology Officer, having spent nearly 20 years providing dedicated service to BrownGreer in technology and operations.

Since taking on the CTO role in 2023, Srikanth has driven the Firm’s enterprise technology strategy, innovation agenda, and digital transformation initiatives. The main areas of his responsibilities include:
- Technology Strategy & Leadership: Defining and executing enterprise-wide IT strategies that support business growth, operational efficiency, and digital transformation. This includes oversight of architecture modernization, cloud adoption, and the integration of emerging technologies.
- AI & Automation Enablement: Leading the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions that enhance data processing, document intelligence, and decision support. He places emphasis on scalable, secure, and explainable AI that meets legal and compliance standards.
- Cybersecurity & Risk Management: Ensuring audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and data protection. This includes managing security operations, vendor assessments, and internal controls aligned with industry frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with legal, HR, operations, and external parties to align technology with evolving business needs. Supports internal training, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Operational Oversight: Managing IT budgets, staffing, and vendor relationships. Oversees the delivery of internal tools and platforms that support claims administration, litigation support, and enterprise workflows.
As CTO, Srikanth believes every challenge faced in these areas is an opportunity. He fosters an environment that encourages thinking outside the box. And he offers his team the freedom to explore and implement innovative solutions.
Prior to joining BrownGreer, Srikanth held IT roles at United Airlines and Intel Corp.
