Dustin began working at BrownGreer in 2010 and has since worked on some of the firm’s most prominent projects, including the Deepwater Horizon Settlement Program, the NFL Concussion Settlement Program, the Combat Arms Earplugs Settlement Program, and the programs to compensate victims of the Northern California Wildfires and Maui Wildfires.

Dustin has designed, implemented, and managed review processes for the detection of potential fraud in multiple claims resolution programs associated with large-scale personal injury and economic loss settlements. He also works to develop policies and procedures for the protection and use of claimant-identifying information and claims-related documents and information, including overseeing the intake and processing of over three million pages of records received from the Department of Defense and the Department of Veterans Affairs for use in the Combat Arms Earplugs Settlement Program. Dustin currently oversees the review processes for physical injury and wrongful death claims from victims of the Northern California Wildfires and the Maui Wildfires.

Dustin earned in J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law. As a law student, Dustin interned with the Richmond Circuit Court and the Richmond Commonwealth Attorney’s Office. He spent his summers in law school studying at Cambridge University and the University of Amsterdam.
