We are pleased to announce the promotion of Jessica Stankus Smith to Partner.

Jessica most recently has worked with the Firm as senior counsel, focusing on the Fire Victim Trust, a $13.5 billion bankruptcy trust established to resolve claims arising from the 2015 – 2018 Northern California wildfires.

Previously, she had managed claims review and legal issues including confidentiality, bankruptcy, and probate handling in the ASR Hip Settlement, the Olmesartan (Benicar) Resolution Program, and other similar engagements.

Smith earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2009.
