Jaclyn is passionate about improving and driving BrownGreer’s company culture and engagement, leadership development, and organizational strategy. As a Human Resources Business Partner, Jaclyn uses her program and management experience and data analytics skills to guide the HR team in the areas of talent and performance management, staffing and recruitment, benefits administration and planning, employee wellness, and training. She also oversees the firm’s LinkedIn Learning training platform, providing employees the tools and resources to be industry leaders.

Jaclyn joined BrownGreer in 2010 as an Analyst, then Senior Analyst. In that role, she oversaw the implementation of eligibility and payment criteria, development of notices and claim review screens, and the creation of reports to assess status and progress for settlements involving lost income, consumer protection, and product liability. As part of the Deepwater Horizon Settlement team, she relocated to New Orleans, Louisiana, to assist in opening a new office and coordinated program training in offices across the Gulf region and in Virginia.
