Chris provides legal advice on various aspects of the NFL Concussion Settlement Program. This includes reviewing registration determination challenges, audits, and providing other guidance. He joined the firm in 2025 after serving as a senior attorney at the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund.
Chris began his legal career in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia as a law clerk to U.S. District Judge Irene C. Berger and U.S. Magistrate Judge Mary E. Stanley. He currently serves as a member of the City of Roanoke Board of Zoning Appeals, and previously was elected to two terms as an Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner in Washington, D.C.
