Lycan v. City of Cleveland Class Action
The official website for the Lycan v. City of Cleveland Class Action. This program resolves claims that the City of Cleveland, Ohio, violated Cleveland Codified Ordinance 413.031 and assessed traffic fines against non-vehicle owners (including lessees and renters) whose vehicles were photographed by automatic enforcement cameras between December 1, 2005, and March 11, 2009.

Syngenta: Corn Seed Settlement Program
The official website for the Corn Seed Settlement Program. This program resolves claims that Syngenta sold genetically modified corn seed (“Viptera” and “Duracade”) before receiving import approval in China and that Syngenta did not take reasonable steps to ensure that the seed was sold in a manner that corn harvested from the Viptera and Duracade seed did not contaminate portions of the United States corn supply exported to China, resulting in China rejected shipments of U.S. corn and causing the U.S. corn industry to lose access to the Chinese market and resulting in lower corn prices.

Nationwide Vioxx Consumer Settlement

The official website for the ACTOS® Resolution Program, a private settlement program established for the purpose of resolving certain Claims relating to the use of ACTOS® Products pending in the following proceedings as of April 28, 2015:
(1) In Re: Actos (Pioglitazone) Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2299, a federal multi-district litigation venued in the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana; (2) any other federal court proceedings, either pending in that court or awaiting transfer to the MDL; (3) In re Actos Related Cases, No. 2011 L 010011, venued in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, County Department, Law Division; (4) In Re Actos Product Liability Cases Coordinated Proceeding, JCCP No. 4696, venued in the California Superior Court, Los Angeles County, California; and (5) any and all other state court proceedings pertaining to actions, disputes, and claims asserted against Defendants regarding the use of ACTOS Products.
