The official website for the F-201 Water Filter Settlement Program. This settlement addresses litigation alleging that certain water filters sold by the Defendants contained a defect that can result in a filter failure and resulting flooding of the structure in which they are installed.
The official website for the National Cash Advance/Advance America Payday Loan Settlement Program. This settlement resolves claims that the Defendants violated the Florida Lending Practices Act, the Florida Consumer Finance Act, the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, and the Civil Remedies for Criminal Practices Act.
The official website for the Lycan v. City of Cleveland Class Action. This program resolves claims that the City of Cleveland, Ohio, violated Cleveland Codified Ordinance 413.031 and assessed traffic fines against non-vehicle owners (including lessees and renters) whose vehicles were photographed by automatic enforcement cameras between December 1, 2005, and March 11, 2009.
The official website for the Corn Seed Settlement Program. This program resolves claims that Syngenta sold genetically modified corn seed (“Viptera” and “Duracade”) before receiving import approval in China and that Syngenta did not take reasonable steps to ensure that the seed was sold in a manner that corn harvested from the Viptera and Duracade seed did not contaminate portions of the United States corn supply exported to China, resulting in China rejected shipments of U.S. corn and causing the U.S. corn industry to lose access to the Chinese market and resulting in lower corn prices.
The official website for the Neiman Marcus CA Last Call Settlement. This program seeks to resolve allegations that consumers were misled by the “Compared To” price tags used on merchandise in Neiman Marcus Last Call stores in California, to their financial detriment.
The official website for the Deepwater Horizon Economic & Property Damages Settlement program. This settlement relates to multidistrict litigation (MDL 2179) resulting from the April 20, 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
The official website for the Chinese Drywall Settlement Program. This settlement relates to multidistrict litigation (MDL 2047) alleging certain actual and potential damage or risks associated with Chinese-manufactured drywall.
The official website for the U.S. ASR Hip Settlement Program. This settlement relates to multidistrict litigation (MDL 2197) to compensate eligible ASR patients in the United States who had surgery to replace their ASR™ XL Acetabular Hip System or ASR™ Hip Resurfacing System, known as revision surgery.
The official website for the Nationwide Vioxx Consumer Settlement Program. This class action settlement in MDL 1657 resolves allegations of false advertising of the drug Vioxx and reimburses class members for up to the out-of-pocket amount paid for the purchase of Vioxx.
The official website for the NFL Concussion Settlement Program. This settlement resolves class allegations made by retired players in MDL 2323 that the National Football League did not warn of, and hid the dangers of, brain injury associated with playing football.

The official website for the Reglan/Metoclopramide Settlement Program (“Reglan/MCP Settlement Program”), a private settlement program governed by the Master Settlement Agreements (MSAs) of Schwarz Pharma, Inc. n/k/a UCB, Inc. and Generics International, Inc.
The official website for the Olmesartan Products Resolution Program, a private settlement program established for the purpose of resolving Claims related to Olmesartan Products, including those pending in these proceedings as of August 1, 2017: (1) In Re: Benicar (Olmesartan) Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2606 (the “MDL”), a federal multi-district litigation venued in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey; (2) Any other federal court proceedings, either pending in that court or awaiting transfer to the MDL; (3) In re: Benicar (Olmesartan Medoxomil), Case No. 299, venued in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division: Atlantic County; and (4) Any and all other state court proceedings.
The official website for the CBP Global Settlement, a settlement reached by the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the National Treasury Employees Union (NTEU) to resolve certain grievances filed by NTEU.
The official website for the Wright Medical Settlement Program, a private settlement program established to resolve claims related to CONSERVE®, DYNASTY®, and LINEAGE® metal-on-metal hip replacement devices. Eligible Claimants must elect to participate and must have a claim filed and pending in one of the proceedings listed below or be subject to a fully executed, court-approved tolling agreement by July 8, 2016. (1) In re: Wright Medical Technology, Inc., Conserve Hip Implant Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2329, a federal multi-district litigation venued in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia; and (2) In re: Wright Hip System Cases, Judicial Council Coordination Proceeding No. 4710, a coordinated proceeding venued in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, Los Angeles Division.
