Valerie is involved in the management of settlement administration programs that range in scope and subject matter, including personal injury and financial and consumer protection settlements. She oversees the design and implementation of web-based claims resolutions portals, ensuring that each review process is tailored to the specific needs of the settlement program. Following the launch of each claims resolution process, Valerie works to ensure the timely and accurate administration of claims, primarily managing the drafting of review policies and procedures. She contributes to the administration of financial and consumer protection settlements by coordinating the issuance of notices and payments and directing a call center for claimant inquires.
Valerie joined BrownGreer in August 2010 and was named Counsel in July 2011.
