Tamra’s primary responsibilities include data analysis and management of complicated information relating to class action settlements. Tamra also specializes in docket research and analysis, including monitoring and tracking filings in both District and Appellate Courts, and in claimant and counsel communications. She assists claimants, counsel and Pro Se claimants with requests for information and all other aspects of settlement programs. She is involved in the quality control, training and administration of the claims processes, along with managing staff and ensuring efficient claims resolution.
Tamra spent five years teaching Special Education in the public school system, two years in Johnston County, North Carolina Public Schools and three years in Chesterfield County Public Schools, prior to joining BrownGreer.
Tamra joined BrownGreer in July 2004 and was named Senior Analyst in November 2010.
