Jenny plans, coordinates, assist with oversight and administers complex human resources programs and projects involving staffing, workforce planning, recruitment and selection, classification, compliance and ethics training and development, performance management, employee relations, and policy administration. She serves as a resource and consultant to managers, supervisors, and employees regarding the resolution of complex personnel issues including individual or team performance.
She assists the HR Leadership team with researching, analyzing, developing, and preparing complex human resources policies and procedures, recommendations, and analysis. She works with project leaders to create staffing projections for all settlement programs, which is utilized to determine the yearly firm budget.
Jenny previously worked as a Securities Accountant for the Virginia Department of the Treasury.
