Since joining the firm as a Claims Reviewer for the Gulf Coast Claims Facility in 2010, Jaclyn has been involved in all aspects of the claims review process for settlements involving lost income, consumer protection, and product liability. In her role with the Deepwater Horizon Economic and Property Damage Settlement program, Jaclyn assisted with opening a second office location in New Orleans, Louisiana and helped coordinate and implement training across the Gulf region and Virginia.

In her current role, she focuses on the implementation of eligibility and payment criteria in accordance with complex settlement protocols. She also supervises a team of Claims Reviewers that provide data analysis and research. In her work on the U.S. ASR Hip Settlement program, Jaclyn assists with the development of notices and claim review screens, the creation of reports to assess status and progress, and the issuance of settlement payments.

Jaclyn received her B.S. from Virginia Commonwealth University. She was named Analyst in 2011 and Senior Analyst in 2017.
