Emily joined BrownGreer in 2008 and has worked on a wide range of programs, with a strong focus on claimant communications. She has lead communication teams for multiple projects and developed quality control measures to ensure exceptional customer service. Currently, Emily manages day-to-day operations for the Communications Team. Her role involves launching program-specific contact centers and developing procedures to meet project and end user needs. She also designs and implements training, tracks productivity and performance, and utilizes new technology to streamline communications. In addition, Emily develops methods of tracking communications to assist with creating reports to update clients.
