He was tasked with analyzing initial charge documents to determine whether the charge was properly filed with the EEOC or was related to federal or state wage and hour laws. While working at the EEOC, Jon also drafted responses to documentation requests filed under the Freedom of Information Act.

Jon served as a research assistant to Ann C. Hodges, professor of labor and employment law at the University of Richmond. He was also a two-time finalist at the ABA Labor & Employment Law Trial Advocacy Competition at Georgetown University. As an undergraduate, he spent a semester at Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic.

Jon is involved in various aspects of the claims review process, including interpreting complex settlement agreement provisions, drafting and implementing evaluation criteria and guidelines, drafting business rules for the development of online claims resolution portals, training and managing claims reviewers and overseeing quality assurance processes to ensure the accurate and efficient resolution of claims. In addition, he serves as a primary contact for class counsel and accounting firms, and he performs various tasks related to the resolution of appealed claims.
