Jennifer advises the firm in structuring the enterprise business processes and information to align with strategic goals and objectives. She works with both attorneys and developers to develop an integrated view of the enterprise using industry standard techniques. Jennifer leverages her experience in software design, development and analysis along with Project Management and Business Analysis certifications to serve as a liaison between business units at the firm. As a Business Architect, Jennifer also focuses on process improvement and systems quality assurance.
She began her career as a developer and project manager in Government systems and went on to work in the Healthcare, e-Commerce, and Research and Development industries. Since joining BrownGreer in 2003, Jennifer earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certifications. The PMP is a globally recognized industry certification that recognizes demonstrated competence in leading and directing project teams. The CBAP certification is designed for senior business analysts and recognizes experts in identifying the business needs of an organization to develop solutions and acts as a liaison between clients, stakeholders and solution teams. Both the PMP and CBAP certifications require continuing professional development in order to maintain certification.
