Dennis directs a team of attorneys, analysts and claims reviewers in the evaluation of claims for settlements involving claims for lost income in economic loss settlements, product liability settlements, and financial and consumer protection settlements. He performs detailed analyses of the processes and oversees the design, implementation, testing and management of the systems used to serve these settlements. Among his responsibilities are the development of notices and claim forms, the mailing and processing of these forms, the development of databases to store class member information, the creation of reports to assess status and progress, the generation and issuance of checks to eligible class members, and the reconciliation of funds issued.
Dennis uses his more than 12 years at BrownGreer to provide clients an educated and efficient solution to the administration of all settlement programs to which he contributes. He began his career working on behalf of the Claims Administrator of the nation-wide class action settlement In re: Sulzer Hip Prosthesis and Knee Prosthesis Product Liability Litigation, and he applies the experience and knowledge gained on that project to lead BrownGreer’s current role as the Claims Processor in the U.S. ASR Hip Settlement Program.
Dennis received his B.S. from James Madison University in 2002 and joined BrownGreer in November 2002. He became a Senior Analyst in 2009 and a Project Manager in 2013.
