Please note -- no more claimants will be submitted to ESI by the PSC. For any claimant whose name has been submitted previously, the deadline to review all ESI data posted to your secure Vioxx Portal and report to your CA Contact any missing, incomplete, or incorrect information is September 19, 2008. You must provide your CA Contact with the name of the claimant whose information you question or are missing, and we will then research the issue, notify you of the claimant's current status, and work with you to try and obtain the information. If we do not hear from you on or before September 19, 2008, we will assume that the data supplied is complete, and if you later determine that it is not, you will need to work directly with ESI to obtain additional pharmacy information at your cost. Please note that this 10-day window only applies to data regarding claimants whose names you have already submitted and does not open the door for submission of new claimants. If you discover new claimants with ESI data, you will similarly need to work with ESI to obtain the information at your cost. |
