BrownGreer PLC is the Claims Administrator for the Vioxx Settlement Program. This website contains important information about the Program, including required forms and helpful instructions and checklists. These forms and instructions may change over time, so be sure to check this website often.
The instructions and checklists are offered to help guide you through the Settlement Program. However, if there is ever a conflict between these instructions and the official Settlement Agreement, the Settlement Agreement governs. To see the official Settlement Agreement, click here.
