Morgan graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2008, where she served as a member of the University of Richmond Law Review and held the position of Manuscript Editor for the Richmond Journal of Law and the Public Interest. She also served as a Teaching Assistant in the Law Skills program for First Year law students and worked part-time for a small personal injury firm in Richmond. In law school, Morgan attended summer classes at Cambridge University in England, and as an undergraduate, she spent a semester studying in Angers, France. Morgan is involved in all aspects of claims processes and reporting, with a specialty in the design and application of eligibility criteria.
