>Prior to joining BrownGreer, Adam built over a decade of professional experience in corporate law and managing mid-market to large-cap commercial transactions across the U.S. and abroad, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, secured financings and commercial real estate matters. His experience includes practicing at Hunton & Williams LLP and McGuireWoods LLP, both in Richmond, VA, and serving as Director, Corporate Legal Counsel, at Stock Building Supply, Inc., at their headquarters in Raleigh, NC.

At the firm, Adam oversees various aspects of claims administration, including the development and implementation of procedures for claim audits and fraud prevention.

Adam joined BrownGreer in February 2011 and was named Counsel in July 2011.
