Daniel graduated from West Virginia University College of Law where he was as a member of the Moot Court Board and Public Interest Advocates. While in law school, he received two CALI awards for excellence in the study of Contracts and Federal Criminal Procedure.

Daniel assists in all aspects of the claims review process, including training and managing reviewers, drafting review policies and procedures, and ensuring the correct and timely review of claims.

Daniel joined BrownGreer in August 2010 and was named Counsel in November 2011.
